1. What askamit Is

askamit is an educational tool that generates a personalised investment plan from the financial details you provide in the questionnaire. It is not a licensed financial advisory service. By using askamit, you agree to these terms.

2. Not Financial Advice

askamit is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser. The plans, allocations, and recommendations generated by askamit are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making investment decisions. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.

3. Free and Paid Plans

A free plan is available after completing the questionnaire and providing your email address. Standard and Premium plans unlock additional detail and are paid one-time or recurring purchases processed through Razorpay, as described at checkout.

4. Human Plan Review

Your first AskAmit Pro yearly purchase includes one Human Plan Review: up to three topics about your generated plan, answered by Amit in one private Discord conversation. Reasonable clarification within a topic does not count as a new topic. The review must be activated within 30 calendar days of purchase, and Amit typically responds within two business days — a target, not a guarantee.

The review explains assumptions, priorities, and sequencing already in your generated plan. It is not a newly generated plan, ongoing personal support for the subscription year, or personalised, SEBI-regulated investment advice. Never share bank details, identity documents, passwords, OTPs, or account credentials in a review ticket. Renewals do not currently include another review.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

All prices are shown in INR at checkout before you pay. Recurring subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time from Settings or the "Manage or cancel subscription" link on the Pricing page; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. One-time purchases are non-refundable once the paid report has been generated, since the underlying AI report generation cost is incurred immediately. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will review it.

6. Your Data

How your data is collected, used, and stored is described in full in our Privacy Policy. By using askamit you also agree to that policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse askamit — including attempting to disrupt the service, submit fraudulent payment information, or use the questionnaire or AI-generated reports for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

askamit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, askamit and its operator are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from decisions made using information from this tool.
